What's the deal?

Not to be rude, but what's the deal? Is this a private server? If not then...is it ever coming out? Your download thread has no link for a download. It hasn't since I joined this forum. It is now April 22nd 2013... I really want to try this server but I keep hearing it's private or not out yet. I pm'd a staff member ages ago asking permission for the download, we have all been more than patient..but this is taking a really really long time..Is there an issue? I would just like some updated info on this if possible, really want to try this out. Thanks.
